American Idol winner, and country/pop singer Carrie Underwood, released her third album "Play On" to critical acclaim and handsome sales. It reached the top spot on the Billboard 200, with 318,000 discs sold. Underwood has become this year's biggest selling female artist.

She performed Temporary Home from her new album before sitting down for the fun interview. Carrie also got to host and show off her fashion at the 2009 CMA Awards, where she was nominated for best female vocalist.
Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart is a song released from Alicia Key’s upcoming fourth album, The Element of Freedom, in stores December 15. "It's gonna take you on an ascension and I wanna take you higher," Alicia says about the song. Watch the video below and the lyrics:

Katy Perry turned 25 yesterday and celebrated the occasion at 'The Beach' restaurant on Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood. Close friends Taylor Swift (above with Katy Perry) and Julianne Hough arrived to the party, turned into a replica of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, dressed all in white as per Katy Perry's request. But as the party started rocking guests were encouraged to throw paint on each other! The birthday celebrations, which featured a group of dancing oompa-loompas, also had boyfriend Russel Brand, Perez Hilton, dressed as Mother Teresa, and P Diddy among other guests.
"THAT was MAGIC! I'm SO happy!!!!" Katy Perry tweeted after the event. "I am just giggling at random... I think this is how it will be for a while..."

Lily Allen looking beautiful in the July issue of Cosmopolitan. The outspoken British singer has been at the center of a debate on illegal song downloads. Recent figures suggest that only one in 20 downloads were legal last year, and the UK government is considering terminating broadband connections of illegal file sharers. After her hit album It's Not Me, It's You Lily Allen started a blog titled 'It's Not Alright' where she supported the government's proposed anti-file sharing legislation because "it's making it harder and harder for new acts to emerge".

I do have the odd blow out, but recently, when I've had free time, I've been spending time with my boyfriend, who makes me happy, and looking for a house in the country. I've cut myself off from the internet too - you get into another world that's not real and I want to live in this one. I'm not a monk, but I'm busy."

Michael Bublé's new album, Crazy Love, is due for release. "On this record, I really let myself have a break," Bublé told the Vancouver Sun. "I said to everyone involved, This might not be the commercial record that the company wants, but I have a responsibility to myself as an artist to not worry about that. I need to make a record that, for me, feels great, [so] I can really look at myself and be proud of my artistic integrity . . . knowing that I didn't pick the simple song or the easy song because I knew it would be commercial. I picked songs because I hoped that I could really be honest and that they'd be authentic, and that when I sang them they'd actually mean something."
The album, which was recorded in studio live with a band, was produced by industry heavyweights Foster, Rock and Humberto Gatica. Michael Bublé has produced four studio albums, a trio of DVDs and has millions of CD sales. He also part owns a Canadian hockey team, the Vancouver Giants.
Bublé also has a new girlfriend, in the gorgeous shape of Luisana Lopilato, from Argentina.
